The Dagda was a High King of the Tuatha DeDanann - the race of supernatural beings - a larger than life figure prominent in irish myths.
He possessed Daurdabla also known as the Four Angled Music, a richly ornamented magic harp made of oak.
When the Dagda played it it put the seasons in their correct order while other accounts tell of it being used to command the order of battle.
